Hello All, Draft 15 of the NSI CS v2.0 document has now been uploaded to Redmine: https://redmine.ogf.org/dmsf/nsi-wg?folder_id=6526 This will be the version for that we will up for ratification by the group next week in Madrid. I would like to thank all of the team and in particular John MacAuley for his hard work on getting all of the latest changes into this document. The three errors currently modelled are: • The reservation is administratively terminated on an uPA before the reservation's scheduled end-time. • An activation or deactivation of data plane resources associated with the reservation has failed. • An error has occurred within the data plane that has impacted resources associated with the reservation. The current errorEvent structure does not identify the originating uPA of the error, nor the impacted connectionId. Without this information, trouble shooting of the issue will be impossible. It is recommended that the errorEvent be extended as follows: <xsd:complexType name="ErrorEventType"> <xsd:annotation> <xsd:documentation xml:lang="en"> Type definition for an autonomous message issued from a Provider NSA to a Requester NSA when an existing reservation encounters an autonomous error condition such as being administratively terminated before the reservation's scheduled end-time. Elements: connectionId - The Provider NSA assigned connectionId that this notification is against. notificationId - A notification identifier that is unique in the context of a connectionId. The serviceType element MUST be present in the reserve request for a new schedule, and MAY be present in the reserve request for a reservation modification, but if it is present, it must have the same value as the serviceType specified in the original reserve (we do not currently support modification of serviceType). Documentation will be modified to clearly state this. The serviceType element should not be optional in any of the Query result types. Status: Accepted Owner: jmacauley Labels: Type-Defect Priority-Medium FoundInVersion-2.0 FixedInVersion-2.0 New issue 107 by jmacauley: Remove ogf_nsi_framework_types_v2_0.xsd dependencies from service specific schema. http://code.google.com/p/ogf-nsi-project/issues/detail?id=107 The only dependency the ogf_nsi_services_types_v2_0.xsd has on the ftypes namespace (ogf_nsi_framework_types_v2_0.xsd ) is for the "TypeValuePairListType" as seen below in the labels definition. There can be build issues when importing the WSDL through jax-ws and the services through jaxb compilers. Conflicting package names can result if the default namespace is used during compile for the package names. To fix this issue I would like to remove use of the ftypes namespace in the services types by replacing labels within the STP definition with something local to the ogf_nsi_services_types_v2_0.xsd file. -- You received this message because this project is configured to send all issue notifications to this address.
