Schema Teleconference

Hello, At the last OGF meeting I volunteered to setup a teleconference to help discuss the schema and work on the draft. I've created a Doodle scheduler to get an impression for what the best time would be for everyone. So far I've only entered some dates and I'm guessing that 15:00 European / 9:00 EST is the best time for this. Other suggestions for time are welcome. Please fill in your availability at: http://doodle.com/4d9bzu9ippeemcw9 Jeroen.

Given that this is 06:00 on the west coast, I think we would likely get more ESnet involvement if this were at least an hour or two later. At the very least, it would seem reasonable to add a few more times to the doodle pool to see if that can work for the majority. (If no one from ESnet wants to do it, then the earlier time would still be selected.) jeff On Jun 5, 2009, at 4:00 AM, Jeroen van der Ham wrote:

Good point, I had not thought of that. I've added one and two hours later as extra options. If possible, could all the participants update their entries? If you can't, mail me so that I can delete it or change it for you. Jeroen. Jeff W. Boote wrote:

We (ESnet) are definitely interested in staying involved in the NML-WG. They will be at least 2 of us from the west coast that will be joining. Starting closer to 8am PT would be better. - Chin --On June 5, 2009 8:56:48 AM -0600 "Jeff W.Boote" <boote@internet2.edu> wrote:

Hello all, Given the outcome of the doodle, I'm scheduling the teleconference for the Thursday 25th at 17:00 European / 11:00 EST. I'll email details about a conference bridge sometime later this week. My apologies for changing the doodle after I put it up, I'll put up a new one for the next teleconference so that we can definitively pick a good time for everyone. Jeroen. Jeroen van der Ham wrote:

Time noted. Talk to you soon. /Lars PS: we can offer voice bridge / video MCU if you need it. Hi, It seems that we do not have a conference bridge easily available here. Perhaps someone from Internet2 can provide a bridge? (Seems best, given the fact that the majority of the participants is from the US anyway.) Jeroen. Jeroen van der Ham wrote:

I agree that a US number is preferred. Failing that, NORDUnet can set up a bridge in Copenhagen. /Lars -- Lars Fischer <lars@nordu.net> Chief Technology Officer NORDUnet (http://www.nordu.net) & NDGF (http://www.ndgf.org) mobile: +45 2288 1729, office: +45 3246 2502, fax: +45 4576 2366
