Some time ago Freek was kind enough to perform a thorough review of the schemas and the document. I believe that Roman and I have both addressed these comments.

I have the feeling that the document is at this moment really at a point that we can send it to the board and have it open up for public comments.

Please let me know what you think, if there are no serious concerns I will send this off this Thursday.
