Hi NML-ers In attachment you find the first draft of deliverable 1 of our working group (Word document and PDF). The same document is also available on the project web site at: http://forge.ogf.org/sf/docman/do/listDocuments/projects.nml-wg/docman.root.... The document tries to provide the description of: - the context for the work of the WG; - existing network topologies schema; - use cases for a standardized network markup language. This is still a draft, and requires contribution from you all. If despite summer vacation you have time to spare on this, could people provide feedback on the following sections: - 3: current PerfSONAR schema - 4: GEANT2/cNIS schema - 5.1.2: Visualization - 5.1.3: Asset management - 5.1.4: Network measurements Feel also free to add or modify any other part of the draft.
