[Nml-wg] Open issues tracker

All, During OGF33 we decided to keep track of open issues and tasks by using the Tracker in Gridforge. Have a look at http://forge.gridforum.org/sf/tracker/do/listTrackers/projects.nml-wg/tracke... You are cordially invited to shepherd any item that is marked as "New" or "Waiting for Volunteer". Also, if you think of any other tasks or use cases, by all means add them to the tracker.
