[Nml-wg] New schema in the repository

Hi, Freek and I went through the scheme section and did a complete overhaul bringing it in line with the current scheme diagram. The relation definitions are not finished yet. Please have a look through it and suggest improvements where necessary. Regards, Jeroen.
