[Nml-wg] State of NML-WG

Hi As you probably NSI have picked up NML as it topology model, and is, AFAIK, the first "real" user of NML. The NML work seems to have come to a halt after publishing version 1, however from an NSI point of view version 1 feels more like a starting point then a final product.
