[Nml-wg] Tour of StarLight July 22nd

Hello, The next OGF is coming up soon, and will take place in downtown Chicago. The location is only several blocks away from the StarLight exchange point. I've been in touch with Joe Mambretti who has kindly agreed to provide a tour of the facilities in the afternoon of July 22nd.
