I would rather have a URL-like URI for the classes, following the RDF common practice. This provides an easy reference to explanation of the standard. This may not be that important to us right now, but will become more important once you start combining descriptions of different kinds of resources. So far I have not seen any compelling arguments why we should choose URNs over URLs. Jeroen.
