Jeroen and I today have been looking at the NML RNC schema that Roman Łapacz wrote some time ago.
Attached is Roman's file (nmlbase20110421.rnc) and our changes to it (nmlbase20110616.rnc). Sorry for the lack of documentation for now, we wanted to get this out before the call.
