Mostly to write it down before it is lost from my chaotic brain, I was thinking about a scenario where monitoring is set up at the same time that a circuit is set up. So only active circuits are under monitoring. Thinking about it, perhaps this is what you meant with dynamic monitoring.

Due to SC10 taking ESnet and Internet2 employees, I propose the next meeting to be held Dec 9th.
