We discussed on the previous call the possibility of getting together in
person in the United States after the first of the year.
I would like to propose we meet in Salt Lake City in the afternoon on one
of the following three dates:
Sunday
afternoon, February 13
Wednesday
afternoon, February 16
Thursday
morning, February 17
The location and dates reflect the chance for a large fraction of the
working group to already be attending this workshop:

Please send me email off-list indicating which, if any of
the dates you could attend. (If you can't attend any, please let me know
that as well.) I will try to summarize the consensus at the next
call.
