I have an action from the last call to look for a use case template for the activity use cases. We talked about the glue-wg approach and I had a look at their template. It's simple and succinct: Description: A short description of the use case Actors: Roles involved in the use case Conversation: Sentences that help the understanding of the use case Acceptance: How to test the use case Endorsed by: The project supporting the use case They have broken longer use cases into shorter ones that can be captured by this template. If people think this is a useful approach we could start from a high level use case description that is free format---e.g., a one page description plus one figure, like what Philipp and Alexander did--- which may be easier to write initially and perhaps easier for people to agree on. And then as a group decompose these higher level description into smaller pieces. [Glue use case document (pdf)] https://forge.gridforum.org/sf/go/doc15165?nav=1 Comments/suggestions? Andreas
