[jsdl-wg] OGF 27 session information

Dear All, please find attached the minutes for both JSDL OGF sessions. I also uploaded them to the Activity Session (but had no key to do so for the general session). I would like to thank all participants again to help us finalising the schema. I will create the action-related trackers. @Alexander, could you please upload the current version of the schame and the document.
