All, I have spoken with Philipp and Michel already. There was also some time zone confusion. There will NOT be another call in 12 minutes. There will be a doodle poll going out by the end of the day to pick a regular JSDL meeting time slot (chosen by the end of the day this Friday), with calls starting on the week of the 31st (whichever day is picked). Sorry for the confusion. --Mike On 10/19/2011 09:47 AM, Etienne URBAH wrote:

Etienne,
I only found out yesterday that UVa would provide the number for this call. I will forward your dissatisfaction of the choice of number appropriately and we will come up with an alternative for next time.
I did not decide to have a meeting today. That was Philip Wieder and again I only found out I was "hosting" yesterday. The call is over, it was just to discuss how to move forward, any change in management is going to require a short spin up period and both chairs have changed simultaneously. I appreciate your feedback and we will be providing both a doodle poll (today) to establish the ongoing actual JSDL meetings and for the meetings we setup we will try to regularly provide an agenda ahead of time.

- WHO told you that organizing an INTERNATIONAL conference call using a PROPRIETARY American telephone number would not pose any issues ? In fact, due to the short notice, this forces most NON-American stakeholders to pay for the call using their own credit card !
- Besides, please provide urgently the AGENDA. Without a sound agenda, I will NOT even try to connect.
Regards.

Etienne,
I dont think changing connection details minutes before the call is a good idea. We can re-evaluate for the next call. I was told using this number would not pose any issues, but we can discuss it on todays call.

When I try using Skype to call number +1 760 569 9000, Skype requires me to pay for that.
Can you provide a telephone number which is free of charge using Skype (like +9900827045746500 used in the past by OGF PGI) ?
Alternatively, I can set up an EVO conference call (including screen sharing) free of charge very quickly.
Thank you in advance for a quick answer.
Best regards.
