Dear Sir/Madam, Please could you let me have details of any surveyors who can prepare a report on windows I have had fitted. These windows were fitted in a very unsatisfactory manner and the end result is very very poor. Despite coming back three times to sort the issues out they have failed miserably and are now threatening court action. I have had the council Building Regs Officer visiting and he has said that the quality is very poor and unsatisfactory.
