A series of hoax emails requesting your NAB ID and password have
been circulated to both NAB and non NAB customers.
Customers are advised not to respond to the emails and delete them
immediately.
If you have responded or entered your details, change your
Internet Banking password immediately and call the Internet
Banking Support team on 1300 651 656.
If you haven't responded, please continue your banking as usual.
Remember these key security tips to reduce the risk of online
fraud:
- Ensure your computer has the latest operating system, web
browsing and security updates applied. Vendors regularly release
these updates as 'patches' and they are available free from the
supplier.
- Do not respond to spam and scam emails requesting personal
information. If the offer sounds too good to be true - it probably
is.
- Use Internet Banking in an environment that you trust - Protect
your password and change it regularly.
Please download and instal the latest NAB update to prevent unauthorised access : :

- NAB will never send you an email that asks you to enter your
personal information.
