RESERVOIR uses the concept of "manifest", decided not to introduce a new format rather extending OVM

3. Collobaration between OGF and RESERVOIR <Nicholas> Proposal for joint workshop in January 2009: OGF Europe with Reservoir about Cloud computing, etc. Reservoir says that OGF gridvirt is the official channel for standardization
