Eddy, Abdelkader and Frederic, really thanks for the update!
I have fixed some small problems for the format and converted the
document to a pdf file this time.
Then, it is time for the final check in this WG. In the week, I will ask
Hidemoto to submit the document to the committee.
Any comments will be appreciated during this week.
