I saw the workshop announcement and I had a topic which I didn't see mentioned But I believe it critical for the Grid reliability. We have been working on at Sun Is Probabilistic Risk Assessment for data Centers. We have developed a general framework for these probabilistic based risk analysis. The thrust of the work is to understand the impact of exogenous factors on datacenter reliability. exogenous factors include: dust, earthquakes, flooding. etc.
