The selection process will be held the week of December 6, 2004 and the results announced the week of December 13, 2004. Ten (10) NomCom voting members will be chosen at random from the pool of volunteers in accordance with RFC 2777, "Publicly Verifiable Nomcom Random Selection". The random number seed used in the selection software (available upon request) will be the ordered concatenation of the winning numbers from the drawing of the German National Lotto on Saturday, December 11, 2004.
