I am a bit confused: in the version I uploaded the comment <!-- resource property accessor definitions from WSRF-RP --> was already in PendingAgreementFactory.wsdl AgreementState.wsdl but not in AgreementFactory.wsdl Agreement.wsdl I have added to these two. I removed all tags of the previous change tracking thus only the last changes are tracked.

After the telco tomorrow we should then inform the two area chairs and Greg Newby and upload the final version to the editor's pipeline.
