The changes only improves specific details of WSDL and not affecting the other part of the specification document (kind of editorial changes?). But I was not sure whether I should provide the updated WSDLs as separate files or directly update the WSDL in the word file. In fact, the my post to the maillist on Oct. 5th already contains the updated WSDLs, and nobody objects these improvements but still nobody has committed to change the word file accordingly. That's why I'm proposing to change the word file directly.
