[GRAAP-WG] WS-Agreement Negotiation spec.: Comments incorporated; some are still open

Dear All, please excuse that I send documents around, but I currently cannot upload documents to GridForge. Attached you find the current version of WS-Agreement Negotiation spec. with a number of the comments from the PC already resolved. Some are still open (see the also attached comments document).
