[GRAAP-WG] WS-Agreement promoted to Full Grid Recommendation

Dear all, I am happy to inform you that the GFSG has agreed in its last telco to promote WS-Agreement to a full grid recommendation. The document showed sufficient community support as provided in the experience document. An internal review showed that all requirements were met to make this promotion.
