Meeting up during WLCG workshop?
Hi all, I was wondering whether people are likely to be at the forthcoming WLCG workshop (April 21st--25th) ? http://indico.cern.ch/conferenceTimeTable.py?confId=6552 Yes, GLUE's bigger than just WLCG and EGEE, but if a number of people are likely to be present, perhaps we could have a face-to-face meeting? At least for the storage aspect we should have a critical mass, so it might be worthwhile to meet - personally I'm there for the whole week. Maybe we could even try to involve people beyond the usual suspects? There's a storage session on the first day so we could at least get glue 2 mentioned. Stephen
Hi, Paul, thanks for suggesting this. I'm happy to take this meeting as a chance for f2f discussions. But the schedule seems to be quite full. I can only imagine to utilize the only non-working time (lunch/coffee breaks) to talk about the schema. But I'm not sure if you are in favour of this? There may be sessions that people are less interested in, but I guess it may be hard to find a common time. Also things may not run right to the end of their slot, e.g. on Wednesday. And of course there are the evenings :) Stephen
