I'd say you're being quite optimistic there! Even if the plane hits the ground at 7 you can easily spend half an hour taxiing before you leave the plane and another 30-60 minutes to get out of the airport, then half an hour or so on the Heathrow Express to Paddington and another half hour to UCL (I think you said?).
I made "Chicago similarity" assumptions. Would 2 hours and 9 AM be reasonable? Thanks, JP
