The only thing I want to comment on is the ComputingShare's relationship with the ComputingResource and ComputingService entities. If a ComputingShare is an abstraction of a queue and the ComputingElement is an abstraction of the Batch System, then there should be a direct association between the ComputingShare and the ComputingElement.
Please notice that the definition of computing resource and computing element was changed in the recent draft: The computing element does not represent an LRMS any longer, the LRMS specific info was moved to the computing resource entity. The element is now a grouping object for services and resources. in a previous mail of yours you asked:
