[glue-wg] updated doc and XSD

Dear all, For tomorrow's meeting please find attached an updated XSD, XML samples, and an updated doc for the proposed flat glue2 XSD rendering. There still a few minor TODOs to resolve (please search for 'TODO' in the glue2_2.xsd).
