GOCDB has received a request to add a new service type for the ARGO Messaging Service, see below.

There is a GGUS ticket open here: https://ggus.eu/index.php?mode=ticket_info&ticket_id=149902 to track the discussion around this request if anyone on this list has any comment on it.

GOCDB has received a request to add a new service type, summarised below. As per the lightweight review process, please raise any concerns about this proposal on its GGUS ticket by the end of Thursday 21^st January: https://ggus.eu/index.php?mode=ticket_info&ticket_id=149902

name of service: eu.argo.ams

high-level description of the service functionality: The ARGO Messaging Service (AMS) is a Publish/Subscribe Service, which implements the Google PubSub protocol.

project/community/organization maintaining the software: ARGO

scope of deployment: One instance per project
