[glue-wg] New 'org.irods.irods4' service type request

Hi Florido, all, New service type enum request for: 'org.irods.irods4'. Note, we already have a 'org.irods.irods3' but it appears v3 of irods is not backward compatible with v4 hence the new SE request. I've added this to GOCDB as this is required by EGI. Can this be considered/added to the 'ServiceType_t.csv' and 'ServiceType_t-draft.csv' in Github?
