GGF Chairs -
The Group Session Request period is now open for GGF17!
GGF17 will be May 10-12, 2006 in Tokyo, Japan. Please notice that
this is a three-day GGF, instead of our normal four-day event.

Requests may be updated after initial submission as information (such
as specific agenda) becomes available. Please be aware that the
information supplied on this form is also used for the printed and on-
line schedules.
The scheduling deadlines are:
Draft Documents:
- Deadline for submitting working drafts is 31 March, 2006.
Sessions:
- Deadline for session requests for a CG, WG or RG is 17 March, 2006
- Deadline for AD Hoc/Charter Discussion BOFs is 17 March, 2006.
The schedule itself will be finalized by the first week in April.

GGF Chairs - This evening at GGF16 we will have the Chair Updates
session from 7-8pm in the Olympia A room, followed by the Chair
Appreciation event (off-site). This will be an important session,
and all group chairs are encouraged to attend.
If you would like to attend the Chair Appreciation event this evening
and have not yet responded to Jennifer (ehling(a)ggf.org) you will
need to see her at the registration table and pick up a ticket for
the event.

This special evening of fun is dedicated to showing appreciation and
support for the GGF WG/RG/CG Chairs, and their dedication to the
group activities that are critical to the success of GGF. This
special evening will take place at GGF16 on Tuesday, 14-February,
with food, drinks and fun for all, hosted by GGF.

attend and NOTE this event is by invitation-only. Printed
invitations (provided in your attendee registration kits) MUST be
presented at the door to Jackson Hall.***
