The Standards Council is gathering the requirements for the Standards
Track at GGF Events. We would like your input with the linked
survey. While primarily intended for those participating in
Standards-related activities, others are invited to voice their
opinions.
These questionnaire are the second and third of several that seek to
clarify what the GGF Standards community prefers and requires at GGF
events.
Please complete before next Tuesday (29 November), although sooner is
always appreciated.

Chairs,
A very important deadline is approaching for creating a team for the 2006
NOMCOM process. According to our NOMCOM Chair, we are still in need of
volunteers. Serving on the NOMCOM is a way of contributing to the GGF and
by being a member of the team, you can participate in the process that sets
the future leadership of GGF. The NOMCOM is one way that the GGF community
can make
its opinions heard by the GGF leadership.
I realize each of you is very busy carrying out the critical work of
GGF. However, could you encourage members of your group to volunteer for
the NOMCOM? The deadline for volunteers is November 26th. A simple
forward of this email with a personal note would be appreciated.
The full call for volunteers and details of participation can be found at
www.ggf.org/nomcom.
Interested parties may volunteer by sending an email to
Sven.vandenBerghe(a)uk.fujitsu.com.
Thanks for your help in supporting this critical process within GGF.
