it's already there, available in new Torque snapshots http://www.clusterresources.com/downloads/torque/snapshots/

so you need to download a Torquw snaphot and then simply type the following command

./configure with --enable-drmaa

to start using DRMAA in Torque. It will be also available in a new stable release, but I am not sure when exactly.

BTW. is there any DRMAA meeting scheduled for OGF19, if so please let me know...
