[drmaa-wg] Started drmaa4ruby project

Hi all, the DL based Ruby wrapper for shared DRMAA C bindings now has it's own home page and CVS repository under http://drmaa4ruby.sunsource.net/ in the face of DRM system independent DRMAA being absolute focal point here, I felt that http://gridengine.sunsource.net/ was not appropriate.
