As Dan said, this is already possible by polling the library. Does that issue take about callback functionality ? Peter.
We already deliberated this one, ad nausuem. I was on the pro side, but I was the only one. On the up side, the drmaa_wait() semantics allow the use of DRMAA_JOB_IDS_SESSION_ANY to easily implement notifications.
