Yes, A logo is a great idea. Yes, I like your implementation ... Even more so after I figured out that it was a "plug" and not an "AND-gate" symbol. Fritz's suggestions might clarify that issue (at least for electrical engineers). -Roger ----Original Message---- From: Fritz Ferstl <ferstl@sun.com> Sender: drmaa-wg-bounces@ogf.org To: Daniel Templeton <Dan.Templeton@sun.com> Cc: drmaa-wg@gridforum.org Subject: Re: [DRMAA-WG] DRMAA Logo? Such as coloring the letters except for one in a certain color and the one letter in a contrast color. Or/And you could strengthen the association with a plug by coloring the pins in silver. You even could go so far as to color the 'RMAA' in black to make it the cable, then the 'D' in some other color to be the plug and the pins in silver. Cheers, Fritz Daniel Templeton wrote:
I was just thinking that since we're now an official recommendation, perhaps we should have an identifying graphic. Maybe I'm crazy. At any rate. attached is a doodle that sprang to mind. Thoughts?
