Issue: The DRMAA 1.0 specification does not clarify whether drmaa_wait() running in one thread, should react to job submission event in the other thread. This leads to ambiguity and makes this behavior implementation dependant. --------------- This situation leads to thread races and un-deterministic behavior. Drama_wait would wait on the submitted and not yet done/failed jobs at the moment it has been issued. A clarification might be needed in the spec. -Hrabri
