[DRMAA-WG] DRMAA Java[TM] Language Binding Specification 1.0.1

All, Attached is the 1.0.1 version of the specification. (Per my last email, the version number may change.) The only change from 1.0 is the deprecation of the getJobProgramStatus() method in favor of getJobStatus() to reflect a similar change in the final IDL binding spec. Daniel
