Guys
I have added more info to the calendar
supplement. see changes table.
An open question is how to deal with
locales. ICU by default uses the local locale which is probably not correct
for dfdl.
It is also not good that we a property
with an enumeration of Monday. Tuesday etc.
Also need to consider nulls, defaults
and zeroRepresentation (added)
I couldn't decide if it was better to
have separate calendarformats for text and binary as we do for numberformats.
