I pushed two new documents:

They are draft-gwdrp-dfdl-v1.0.4-r17 of the spec - mostly
this is SMH changes, but a few others. Also has the US-ASCII-7-Bit-Packed
moved out into a separate spec.
draft-gwdi-dfdl-standard-encodings-v01.docx - first cut
at a 2nd spec document which specifies only DFDL Standard character set
encodings. Only entry currently is x-dfdl-us-ascii-7-bit-packed.
