Attached is a proposal for support for bidirectional script in DFDL

The support for bi-directional data consists of

1.        Additional DFDL properties to describe bidirectional data in instance documents

2.        The bi-directional characteristics of string information items in the infoset

3.        The ability to enter bidirectional strings in a DFDL schema
