The building housing the Richland DoE switchboard was flooded this morning. Since the operators didn’t have access, there was no one to set up the calls. They are scheduled to have a replacement location by 10am (pacific) but that’s too late for the group. Hopefully there won’t be another “flood” in the middle of the desert next week!
