[DFDL-WG] Clarification/Fix: Glossary entries about scanning

Definition of "scan" assumed in text throughout the spec encompasses both scanning for delimiters, and scanning for matches to regular expressions. So these glossary changes are needed to clarify that delimiter scanning is a specialized sub-class of scanning generally. Delimiter Scanning: Remove subphrase ", or simply scanning for short. Scanning also..." replace with "Delimiter scanning also ..." Scan: Remove the word "bytes".
