[DFDL-WG] URIs in DFDL

My contrib for the week. I looked at the recent draft about namespace URIs for OGF/GGF stuff. Ours should follow this scheme: http://schemas.ogf.org/dfdl/CCYY/MM/whateverWeWant/includingSubNamesLikeThis The CCYY/MM is the year and month of the publication of whatever it is, and has nothing to do with draft vs. final status or whatever. ...mikeb
