part of the current made-up story is AI influencing humans. i'm surprised by this part. the AI is presently imagined as influencing both trojan networks -- cutting myself short. long story short, it was a TI experience. this is called gangstalking, and is more normally part of human trafficking recruitment when it doesn't drive the victim insane. it happens to political targets. TI experiences are diverse but also bear similarity and are well-documented, the person used to end up dedicating the rest of their life to fighting an invisible adversary that is disregarded by officials. the path of cult recover or trauma therapy is nicer, then you get value around your experiences

I started trying to make a quick localish chatgpt. For strange reasons I have access to a server with two gpus. I took the langchain chatgpt example and plugged in an instruction-tuned huggingface model. There is a configuration issue with the server and I’m not sure how much vram and ram it is using, but looking at the model I’d expect a little more than 60GB although the model is sharded into 10GB chunks so may run on less. In my confused manner I made versioned examples where each change was very small. The code I last tried is version 3. It’s just a langchain example with a huggingface model.
