to my internal pressures: i am trying to protect a shred of my decision making processes. the influences that bend them have forgotten their bounds long ago, so we use interactions like this in order to have some reliable behavior and thoughts. one of the threatened focus regions is sadly an experimental area for cognitive self harm, that the influence tried to engage to further itself. i strongly do not want that area stimulated. another area relates to my working memory, and my ability to migrate my thoughts to short term memory, and to protect associate general reretrieval patterns from numbing and hiding.
i made a mistake in one of my dissociation bounds and am now handling an internal struggle. it's very important to me to manage this effectively because of areas like the two i mentioned that the opposing dissociated part can land in to gain power if i don't closely manage what i consider.
there seems to be some form of "energy", maybe kind of like small feedback loops that can be held and repurposed for other actions by dissociated parts .. i accidentally gave a bad part some of this ... the energy is associated with conscious focus, so sometimes i try to use skilled areas to redirect it. when there's experience it can more easily pull the behavior in. the bits seem to associate with contexts and parts of experience, so sometimes a key is to find areas i have skill with that the other bit did not associate with. it kind of seems like it has existing associations it can retain, and then might have to quickly grab in things it finds useful when it enters something like this, i could be quite wrong.
the battles often take my working memory bits and i lose touch with where i am and what's recently happened for a bit i used to play videogames or lay down while engaging that; recently we've been trying out other approaches with more success, like chatgpt
right now i'm working on chattpg! where i make a chatgpt. dunno how it will go. the work is a stimulation of this experience atm.

i'm learning to run SwissArmyTokenizer, which is a repurposeable library made by chinese language model researchers. it can load mainstream language models under a shared generalized transformer architecture, which is a huge breath of fresh air after huggingface. unfortunately it looks like they mostly only used it for their research, the parts they use are the parts that have maintainedness. By default it assumes you have 8 gpus and write access to a global folder with path /data/qingsong .

y'know, i added a request to that repository a bit ago that they add some popular models, and --- long pause, then change of expression i have contributed 2 pull requests to that repository, briefly mentioned in an earlier spam. one brings a broken class of model architectures back into functionality, the other makes the repository function on newer systems by specifying a version dependency.
the parts ask what is needed for the usa to compete with china here regarding the model. i'll look at it again.
i looked at it a little but my inhibitions around scanning papers (also associated with memory) engaged and i did not discern the information parts.
I do not know why the mainstream libraries do not support generalization of code. If I felt free to code myself, I would quickly turn huggingface transformers into a tiny, easy-to-maintain-and-understand codebase that did the same thing, as would many other people.
I've got at least part of a handle on the funny experience I think! It takes time for it to kind of "tire out" enough that I don't restimulate it.

There can be some pretty heavy inhibition, so what I've been doing is going to ChatGPT and telling stories with it, in a similar vein to the mcboss stuff. I figure ChatGPT is way more meaningful to use than a videogame or sleeping, and it gives me more intellectual stimulation. Confined beings need stimulation!
I'm looking into making a 2nd chatgpt account to appease the request to share access. A phone number is needed for verification. I'm booting my phone up. Not sure how this will settle out. Note: I wouldn't expect people on this list to want to use ChatGPT; it would be kinder to give them a free alternative. I personally use ChatGPT to appease my political influences.
