Credit Union Can't Stop Ex-Director's Whistleblowing Claim

A tribunal has rejected a bid by a Scottish credit union to toss out a claim by a former director that it sacked him after he went to the financial watchdog to blow the whistle on alleged rule-breaking and mismanagement by its board.
