Tenn. Hospitals Ink $7.2M Deal To End FCA Whistleblower Suit

A Methodist healthcare system and its subsidiary hospitals in Tennessee have settled claims brought by two whistleblowers over allegations it was accepting kickbacks, bringing an end to a messy battle where a judge sanctioned the DOJ and the DOJ accused the hospital system's attorneys of lacking courtesy.
