2nd Circ. Should Uphold Malpractice Exemption, Insurer Says

A legal insurer has urged the Second Circuit to stand by a U.S. district judge's ruling last year that the company had no duty to defend a legal malpractice claim brought against a New York attorney accused of inducing an elderly client into a bad real estate deal.
